Buffalo

A good friend owns a buffalo ranch here, we eat it at least once a month. The woman I work for has a farm and they raise beef and pork. When we have a busy day she likes to pull something out of the freezer to say thanks. She definitely understands how to keep employees happy. Those steaks are delicious.
