Apparently Sotomayor said, “the constitutionality of hundreds of statutes may now be in peril”

What the heck?!? If those statutes are Unconstitutional why would they be enforced ever?!? That decision didn’t CHANGE the Constitution! At most it seems to require the enforcing agency not to enforce anything not actually a law! Right?
