What the heck?!? If those statutes are Unconstitutional why would they be enforced ever?!? That decision didn’t CHANGE the Constitution! At most it seems to require the enforcing agency not to enforce anything not actually a law! Right?

Agreed! How did we get so screwed up? How do we have a Supreme Court Justice COMPLAINING that unconstitutional ‘laws’ can’t be enforced?!?
