ATLANTA (September 26, 2024) – Today, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced that it has filed a brief with the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in a criminal case about carry on U.S. Post Office property. The brief comes after FPC filed its own lawsuit directly challenging the constitutionality of this federal ban in the Northern District of Texas, called FPC v. Garland.
