[FPC News] FPC Files Motion to Block Oregon’s Ban on Self-Built Firearms

PORTLAND, OR (August 8, 2024) – Today, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced the filing of a motion for temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction with the United States District Court of Oregon in its federal Second Amendment lawsuit challenging Oregon’s ban on self-manufactured firearms,  Montgomery v.
