BOSTON (February 14, 2025) – Today, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced that it has filed a new federal lawsuit challenging Massachusetts’s ban that prevents 18-20-year-old adults from acquiring, possessing, or carrying handguns and semiautomatic firearms.
