[FPC News] FPC WIN: Federal Judge Strikes Down California’s “One-Gun-A-Month”

SAN DIEGO (March 11, 2024) – Today, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced that the District Court for the Southern District of California has struck down the state’s ban on purchasing more than one handgun or semiautomatic, centerfire rifle in a 30-day period.  The Opinion in Nguyen v.
