[FPC News] FPC and FPCAF File Appellate Response Brief Defending Win in Lawsuit Chal

NEW ORLEANS, LA (August 24, 2023) – Today, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) and FPC Action Foundation (FPCAF) announced the filing of their response brief with the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in VanDerStok v.
