[FPC News] UPDATE: FPC Wraps Up Briefing in Lawsuit Over California Age-Based Gun Ban

SAN DIEGO (May 21, 2024) – Today, the Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) and FPC Action Foundation (FPCAF) announced the completion of their summary judgment briefing in Jose Chavez v. California Attorney General Rob Bonta, a federal Second Amendment lawsuit challenging California’s age-based gun ban on firearm purchases by adults under the age of 21.
