[FPC News] Update: FPC Moves Closer to Final Decision in New York City Lawsuit Over

NEW YORK, NY (June 13, 2024) – Today, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced that it has filed its final brief in support of its motion for summary judgment in Calce v. City of New York, FPC’s lawsuit challenging New York City’s ban on electronic arms like stun guns and tasers.
