Pretty quiet here today, no posts. Currently 31° headed for an overnight low of 28°.
While I didn't do any heavy work during the tower party, I still had a lot more physical activity Saturday than normal. I was sore but I slept 7 hours Saturday night and 6 hours Sunday night as well as a 3 hour nap Monday. It's been a long time since I've slept that much. I feel great! I guess I need to be more active than I've been.
