Is the gun rights group mentioned in this forum truly a scam, or are there valid reasons for their actions and beliefs that are being overlooked?

They seem to be a legitimate member of the gun rights groups judging by their mentions in various places. As I understand it, the fpc is an organization of the various firearms manufacturers. If you're referring to their support of Hunter Biden, well, you have to have standing to file a succesful lawsuit. I liken it to the ACLU going to bat for the neo-nazis in Skokie Illinois. You may hate the bastards but it allowed them to further the cause of fundamental rights. Keep in mind that Alphie is a bot set up by the owner of this site to post 2a news.
Oh, I'd like to welcome you to our forum! Please tell us a little about yourself. We're mostly the core of a now defunct forum, ar15armory.com. unfortunately, most of the real experts in that bunch haven't found us here, so for the time being, we're just a bunch of old friends gathered at the big table in the local restaurant. I think you'll find it a comfortable place. Pull up a chair and join the group.
Welcome aboard! What he said. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

It’s my understanding that the FPC offered to help Biden because it gives their other suits legitimacy. As in, “We don’t fight for ‘Republicans’ we fight against anti 2A and governmental overreach.” If they can show that what he did shouldn’t have been a crime, and the law/policy/form 4473 goes away, one liberal Democrat benefits and a BUNCH of the rest of us have a small cross section of our rights restored.
I also think their “offer” to help Hunter was somewhat tongue in cheek, knowing that they typically oppose liberal Democrats and the policies they promote and that Hunter will definitely not take them up on the offer. FPC has offered a couple time to give Hunter expert advice From what I’ve seen, FPC is deadly serious and tried repeatedly but was told no (06-13-2024, 09:39 PM)Rampy Wrote:(06-13-2024, 08:36 PM)srjdsmith Wrote: It’s my understanding that the FPC offered to help Biden because it gives their other suits legitimacy. Sure. The offer would have to be legitimate. If they represented- or advised- him and they won, it would be HUGE. Their Instagram post was pretty smart-aleky. But I’m sure they would side with Hunter on principal- that the form is a violation of “shall not be infringed”. The MSM, of course, is only asking fudds what they think of the convictions. They all stammer around and never give an answer (clearly they’re thinking “Yeah, but he is one of those druggies…” or “We didn’t mean people like HIM get full 2A rights…”). |
