With an LD-50 rating of 2.66 g/kg in rats, I think I'll pass.
I did have some success with Rhus-Tox tablets that I got at a vitamin store. It's basically poison ivy with the toxins removed. It otherwise mimics poison ivy and triggers your own immune system to produce anti-inflammatories.
