Hb1504 would require liability insurance for each fiream we own as well as create a defacto registry. The gun banners are going off the rails here!

Yep, while we have defences in the courts the cost of defending oneself will wipe you out when the government has unlimited resources.  Even if we had a national preemption law they'd keep on attacking us.

That may be best approach short of actual bloodshed. When the Canadian government implemented their long gun registration plan our northern brethren refused to comply and Ottawa backed down.

If it passes and becomes state law, don’t think it won’t be enforced by lawyers going after you in both criminal and civil court 

only way to beat it is in the courts
