Michelin Star Quality BBQ

Was a total letdown, brisket was almost like roast beef and the burnt ends were pork belly that was not rendered out enough 

Bark was bland on both meats & the BBQ sauces were not that wonderful with the mustard one being the best but still lacking. The sides were good but not drop dead delicious 

I hate it when people F up BBQ. BBQ is sacred where I come from.
