Oh good grief, glad it was so “easy” to be replaced using the home warranty
We replaced the old 40 gal gas water heater with a new 50 gallon one & the plumbers aid the bottom was rusted out and the worst one they had ever seen. Once empty you could poke a finger into the tank it’s so bad………
Have thought about a home warranty/insurance but have heard nothing but horror stories about them
