Verizon rant

Verizon announced they're discontinuing their  text messaging app and suggested we download Google messages. What garbage that is, sit through ads every time and then get "message failed to send, tap to try again. Tap tap tap, still the same result. Since everyone I know texts more than calls, this is a bonehead move! This is like a truck stop discontinuing fuel sales. My phone and my tablet are unlocked so I'll be visiting the t mobile store on Monday. They're cheaper than Verizon anyway. I called 611 and told the girl my thoughts today.

Your phone should have a built in messenger app. I would just change it back to default and run with it.

Maybe that's what I've been using, I'm clueless. At any rate, when I switch sim cards on Monday, they assure me they can make everything work for me. I'll ask if I've been using the built-in app then.
