What happened to this year?

Thanks guys. I went to work this morning for 5 hours and had the rest of the day off and I took advantage of it.....I went back to bed!!!! Much better day today as it looks like we are headed back up on the roller coaster . The mare is doing better today but still sore and the Colt is finally settling down now that he has been alone since Saturday. We will wait and see how the mare progresses before we take any further action with her. Once she is walking fine again I will introduce the Colt to my pony and let them out together to teach the Colt how to be a proper horse around others.

Next week I go in for a mouth scan as I am in the middle of getting two teeth implanted. That is another thing that went to shat.....my teeth rotted out super fast, baffling my dentist as I have regular checkups and cleanings. I had two pulled and am waiting for them to heal up so they can be fixed. Pulling them was fun as he had to grind away my jawbone to get the teeth out. Not sure how much out of pocket I am going to pay but it will be 8k total. I imagine I will have to pick up 6k of it.

I am taking some time Sunday to drive that old 1918 tractor in a parade again. I went up there yesterday and we fired up the tractor and moved it to the parade route so I did not have to service it, get it running, and haul it on on the same day as the parade. Tomorrow I may tackle my fire wood pile.....maybe. One day at a time right now....
