When I used to plink

Only have one actual colt, an early delta elite that I don’t really shoot. I had a combat commander for a little bit, but found out it was stolen firearm and returned it to its rightful owner.

My favorite 1911 is my Ruger light weight commander. That gun is more accurate than I am, packs great, and looks good with the oversized stags that also fit my giant hands very well.

Lately though I’ve been packing a steel framed bobtailed commander in 10mm, the one shown in that article.

Those aluminum framed commanders sure balance nicely with a full mag!
