For many months I haven't been able to sleep more than 2 hours at a time. Now, after some dental surgery in preparation for heart surgery, they gave me a prescription for hydrocodone/acetaminophen pills.
One of those swallowed with a shot or two of bourbon not only relieved the pain but allowed me to sleep for five hours straight. I feel great!  Too bad that stuff is addictive.

Try a combo of Melatonin, Magnesium and 5-HTP.

Try a combo of Melatonin, Magnesium and 5-HTP. It helps me get more sleep than I normally would.

This is prescription med, started out at 10mg and worked up to 30

Non addictive sleep aid given to veterans to assist in sleep as well as quality of sleep and it’s an incredible med, really a game changer & way better than ambian or anything else

It’s a mental health med, one lots ot doctors don’t know about or understand, not only do you get great sleep but it changes how you dream & you have really good dreams from what I was told and what I’ve experienced

Don’t really remember the dreams, but wake up knowing I did not have nightmares or anything & just feel better

I’ve ran out while travelling and gone almost a week without & other than having a hard time falling asleep & not sleeping very good never noticed any side effects for suddenly stopping it

I should clarify things. I'm still getting 6 or more hours of sleep a day, just not in one bloc.

Ml vs tablespoons..... My prescription mouth rinse says to swish 15 ml for 30 seconds and spit it out. I assumed the cap was 15ml but it was a full mouth full. A look on the net says a tblsn is almost 15 ml. Why couldn't they just say a tablespoon on the directions?

Because the New World Order is metric.
