roast pork

I cooked a rolled pork roast tonight along with carrots and onions.  The gravy was thickened  with flour.  I planned on a lot of gravy so I'll have it on hand in the freezer.
The pork was lean as can be. It needed gravy because it was kind of dry.
Tried to post a picture but it was 4.3 mb. No idea how to resize it on my phone. You'll have to use your imagination.
