The plaintiffs in </span><strong><a href="https://www.firearmspolicy.org/jensen"><em>Jensen v. ATF</em></a></strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> include FPC Action Foundation, three individual citizens, Hot Shots Custom, Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms, and Texas State Rifle Association. <p><strong>WASHINGTON, D.C. </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">(October 9, 2025) — Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC), joined by National Rifle Association, FPC Action Foundation, and Second Amendment Foundation, today filed a </span><a href="https://assets.nationbuilder.com/firearmspolicycoalition/pages/191/attachments/original/1760026379/2025.10.09_FPC_FPCAF_Amicus.pdf?1760026379"><span style="font-weight: 400;">critical brief</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> with the U.S. Supreme Court in </span><strong><a href="https://www.supremecourt.gov/docket/docketfiles/html/public/25-269.html"><em>Zherka v. Bondi</em></a></strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">, urging the Court to strike down the federal ban that permanently disarms peaceable Americans for nonviolent offenses.</span></p>
