I believe it was George Carlin that asked "If sour cream goes bad, how do you know?".
Anyway, I scrubbed a potato and cut up a green onion. I took my container of sour cream out of the fridge and tasted it. It tasted normal but the use by date was the end of April, so I tossed it in the garbage. I guess I'll just have butter on it tonight. If I die tonight I'll let you know about it.
I see that the Biden family is gathered at Camp David this weekend where they'll discuss the future of the campaign. One poll I've seen shows only 23% feel he's physically and mentally up to the task. Evidently, four swing states cutoff dates that have already passed to get on the ballot. I suppose a new candidate could do a successful write in campaign with the parties help.
I'm not a gambler, but if I were, I'd put my money on Michelle obummer.
I have poor circulation evidently and had some lymph leaking from my leg. That turned into a lesion that I was cleaning with hydrogen peroxide and treating with iodine. It got slowly worse for a couple months. I finally got to the wound care clinic and it's now almost healed after 3 weeks. The only thing they did that I didn't was use gauze with zinc oxide in it. Evidently keeping it dry was the key. When I lived on the west side I used zinc oxide powder from the feed store to treat hoof rot and occasionally on my feet for athletes foot. It never occurred to me to use it as a wound dressing. I'm thinking I should order a small bag from Amazon to keep on hand. It sure would be cheaper than professional treatment.
