[FPC News] BREAKING: FPC & Allies File Lawsuit to Strike Down the NFA

ST. LOUIS (August 1, 2025) — Today, the Firearms Policy Coalition announced a major new lawsuit, Brown v. ATF, challenging the federal National Firearms Act (NFA) of 1934. FPC is joined in the case by two individuals and one retailer, as well as the American Suppressor Association, National Rifle Association, and Second Amendment Foundation. Key case documents for the lawsuit are available at firearmspolicy.org/brown.

I took one of my 80s to the range. Holosun red dot that my right eye sees as two dots about 3/4" apart at 50 yards. The load was my old fire forming one for my .223 imp., 53gr sierra over 24.7grs of 844. 2.5 moa, nothing to write home about but not that bad considering I wasn't using a scope.
Today I went to the notary to get form oce-46 notarized. It's one of two documents I have to submit to the federal government to shut down my business. Even though I haven't trucked in a year and 7 months it kinda bums me out to formalize it. Fourty-five years, where did the time go!?
I dropped my insurance to the bare minimum to keep my authority active thinking I'd get back to work ($483/month) but I can see that's not going to happen. Oh well, at least I'll not have that drain on my bank account now.
I've put 70k into building what I consider the ultimate money making truck and it only has 85k miles on a $30,000 factory crate motor as well as maybe 600,000 miles on the strongest 13 speed transmission ever built. Not that it hasn't paid for itself but I doubt I could get $20,000 for it in today's market, probably 5k at auction. I'll have a close friend and the best old truck mechanic try to sell it for me, he knows the tractor inside and out.
The Shooter's Apprentice considered buying it but I built it to lower 48 highway standards and upgrading it to Alaskan standards would be too costly.

While looking at ammo cans at Coleman's surplus I stumbled on this container. https://colemans.com/u-s-g-hardigg-hard-...st-divider
I have an older version I purchased for $80 back in the eighties. Mine is an inch wider and 2" deeper with 2 carrying handles. It's a great container but $250 for one?
