[FPC News] FPC, NRA Look for Injunction in Challenge to Pennsylvania Gun Ban
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">PITTSBURGH</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">(April 3, 2025) – Today, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced the filing of a reply brief in support of its motion for preliminary injunction or summary judgment in </span><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">Young v. Ott</span></em><span style="font-weight: 400;">, a federal lawsuit that challenges Pennsylvania’s laws banning 18- to 20-year-old adults from carrying firearms for lawful purposes outside the home.</span></p>
Is that what happened? DOGE cancelled licensing for all amateur radios? Does that count include HAM? I only paid a few bucks for my GMRS license anyway. Does that mean you need a license, but it doesn’t cost anything? Do I still have to take the test? Or just ask for the license and they send it (like a CB license back in the day)? Will there be any free Obama radios, or was that just cell phones?
