One surgeon advocated open heart to fix everything at the same time. The aortic valve is ready to quit and another surgeon recommended replacing that one through the arteries and seeing if that makes the other problems improve.
Valve replacement tomorrow.

No idea what the food is like on a destroyer
All I know is when a navy ship put in to white beach the chow hall on Okinawa was overflowing with Navy
