My crockpot wasn't that happy. The flavor was good but it was too thin. I tried to evaporate some of the water off but the crockpot couldn't do it.

Tried to look at the meals but can only see a few

You have to pay before selecting meals & that just sits wrong with me

Yep it’s got decent reviews & the discounted prices are good while the full price meals seems to be a tad expensive

Just wish you could pick meals prior to paying as this seems like a good option for us

This was the only ready to eat delivery service that has keto specific meals that I could find. They also have several other types of meals. You can pause or cancel at any time. I paused my 2nd week so I could eat the meals and find out which ones I like before ordering again. Also, you're not limited to only the meals in your plan. You can add meals from any other diet category.  The meals come fresh instead of frozen.

I haven't decided yet how long I'll continue it. I mostly wanted to get a head start on lowering my BG and losing some fat until I can get used to keto and learn to cook my own low carb meals. I'll probably order every other week and fill in the other week.

Tonight’s Factor supper:

Stroganoff Style Beef Burger

The burger was too lean and came out dry. The green beans and mushrooms were okay.

I’ve been marking the cardboard sleeves with either a yes, no or maybe. Yes I’ll order it again, no I won’t and maybe I will. This one got a no.
