You'll love it! Just slice it (I prefer about 3/4 to 1"), fry it until it starts to get a little crispy, and top it with syrup.  It's so dense that what looks like a snack will fill you up.
I'm looking forward to your review!

Don’t know what I did wrong, never browned up and it eventually fell apart in the skillet, used olive oil & butter to fry it up in

Was bland but the crispy bits had better flavor, think the mush still had a high moisture content and now it’s outside in the sun to dry up 🤣🤣🤣

I've had that happen, you may be right on the moisture part. A little crispiness helps it a bunch for flavor. While I've never tried it, I've read about adding bacon or sausage crumbles to it before refrigerating. I might try that next time I make some.

Just put it in the fridge, was quite a bit drier, will see how it fries up tomorrow, don’t have bacon or sausage so will have easy over eggs with it

A little over a month ago the grocery store had a great sale on large (16-20/lb) shrimp.
I cooked some rice that's in the fridge, I love fried rice but use a lot more vegetable in it than the resteraunts do.
Anyway, I thawed more shrimp and will do the shrimp fried rice with grilled shrimp skewers again tonight.

I ruined the fried rice when I slipped with the soy sauce, way too salty. Glad I made a small batch.

They make a lower sodium soy sauce. It's what my wife uses.
