I can't find any reference that any nuclear weapons were left in Ukraine after the collapse of the USSR. And if there were nukes left behind, why didn't Ukraine just nuke the Russians at the start of the invasion? I mean, it is kind of exactly what a suitcase nuke is good for. Easily portable to the front lines to be used to stop a localized incursion of troops.
