Baby portion of broccoli actually had lots of chicken thigh and pasta

Yep, I'm getting pretty sick of chicken breast. Their keto selection is very limited and doesn't change much from week to week.

Found a new place in town, locally prepared and seems to be cheaper than factory

A new factor meal:

Honey Butter Chicken Breast with mashed potatoes, roasted zucchini & caramelized onions.

The breast was a little less dry than usual and I added some Texas Pete. The only honey butter flavor was a little in the mash. The zucchini and onions were quite good. This one is a bit higher in carbs due to the mashed taters but the net carbs is not unreasonable. I need a break from the same ones over and over, I gave this one a MAYBE.

Pretty simple tonight. A pork chop with pepper and garlic salt along with a couple small baked potatoes with sour cream and dehydrated chives. Also salad with Italian dressing and croutons.

Another new Factor meal:

Baja Salmon with Cauliflower rice, broccoli & Jalapeno lime crema.

A nice size chunk of salmon that was tender, juicy and very tasty. I added some Frank’s Red Hot Sweet Chili sauce on the salmon which worked very well. The broccoli was good but only 4 pieces was ridiculous!
I marked this one a YES!

45 oz, holy moly! Enough for both of you and leftovers.
The last time I had leftovers the waitress asked if I wanted box for them. I made it three rounds before she knocked me out.
