[FPC News] FPC Strikes to End New Jersey’s “1-in-30” Firearm Ban Following Vic
TRENTON, N.J. (September 27, 2024) – Following its victory ending California’s “1-in-30” firearm purchase ban, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced that it has filed a new federal lawsuit to strike down New Jersey’s version of the law.
