Flipping through the channels I found a cooking show on PBS. The guy was making a Moroccan stew called harira, never heard of it before. It's a tomato based stew with all my favorite ingredients in it, chickpea/potato/carrots onion celery, etc. I do love chickpeas (garbanzos), they make me fart real well.
Anyway, I have all the ingredients on hand except for fresh tomatoes and parsley. I guess I'll have to pick them up tomorrow.
