biden pardoned his son hunter - MontanaLon - 12-01-2024

No one is really surprised but I expect it coming so soon after the election means something. I doubt biden will continue as POTUS for the rest of his term. The VPOTUS and cabinet are fixing to 25th Amendment him. Whether that is for harris to be "the first female POTUS" or for them to deny the results of the election or both I can't decide. I really am surprised he didn't pardon his whole family at the same time.

The pardon was a blanket pardon, not just on the 2 crimes he was convicted of, tax evasion and lying on the 4473, but any and all crimes he may have committed in the last 11 years.

You can be sure there will be a lot more pardons to come, wouldn't surprise me if he pardoned Epstein and Diddy just so the DOJ can destroy the lists that Trump is going to release of the participants in their various crimes.

One thing is for sure, when there are people convicted of Treason, the sentence needs to be carried out immediately so they don't end up pardoned in the future by a democrat.

I'm pretty sure I'd of done the same for my kid so while it's dirty, I expected it.

He has lied about it over and over, and finally did it to protect himself not just Hunter

It sets a very dangerous precedent & now Trump is set up to really use pardons

Montanalon, why would they push him out completely with only 48 days to go before inauguration?

I think Trump would do the same for his son. He just wouldn't lie about it.

Because they are all shitting bricks about going to prison and aren't going to give up so easily. I am positive obama being behind it all is headed for a fall. I know if I were Trump what I would do. But I figure Trump is going to be more subtle. If it were me, I would use his own precedent, set when he had an American Citizen droned for being a terrorist. His little compound would disappear in a big boom. But I figure Trump will be more subtle about it once the deep state is a whole lot less deep.

Like I said in my OP, if it were up to me I'd hand the whole lot of them over to Russia to do with as they please. biden can't be prosecuted for his "official acts" by the US but it says nothing about handing him over to another country which they have wronged.

There are a whole lot of democrats and likely a significant number of swampy republicans right now who should be shitting the bed because their days are numbered. The one I am most looking forward to watching go down is John Roberts of SCOTUS. He pretends to be conservative but every time there is a tie to be broken someone tells him it would be a bad thing if those pictures of him diddling children were to come out and he sides with the democrats.

I predict that no one in the top echelons of the Biden administration will ever see the inside of a jail cell. I base this on history.
