(December 4, 2024) – Today, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced the filing of an important merits-stage brief with the United States Supreme Court in Smith & Wesson Brands, Inc., et al. v. How is it that Citizens of this country are routinely ruled by the courts to have "no standing" to bring lawsuits yet the government of Mexico is given standing every single time?
