BALTIMORE, MD (May 25, 2023) – Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced today that it has filed a motion for preliminary injunction in its lawsuit challenging multiple elements of Maryland’s Senate Bill 1 (SB 1) restrictions on the peaceable carry of firearms outside the home.
