ROCKFORD, Ill. (January 30, 2024) – Today, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced the filing of a motion for summary judgment in an FPC-supported lawsuit challenging Illinois’ ban on carrying firearms on public transportation and in public transportation facilities.
