PITTSBURGH (April 25, 2024) – Today, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced a victory in Lara v. Evanchick following Federal District Court Judge William S. Stickman’s order enjoining the Pennsylvania State Police Commissioner from enforcing the Commonwealth’s laws that ban 18-to-20-year-old adults from carrying a firearm outside of the home for self-defense.
