I made a batch of coleslaw today and I tried this recipe.

I prefer a somewhat tangy creamy dressing and this one really hit the mark. I don't think I've ever used lemon juice in coleslaw before. I seldom use sugar but I had some brown sugar so I substituted that. My measuring spoon for the salt and pepper was the palm of my hand, so mostly an estimated amount.
It should go well with the BBQ country style ribs I'm putting on the gas grill tonight.
