I love smoked shrimp!

I made a decent dinner. Smoked shrimp. Zucchini. Peppers and onions. I didn’t snap a picture of the sweet corn (which we of course had because Iowa) as I was much too hungry to waste more time on inexpert food photography.

We had Iowa sweet corn for supper, boiled with butter & S/P

One of these days I’m going to try grilling corn

Wife hates crab but loves lobster, shrimp & muscles, clams and such 

im not a fan of muscles but love baby neck clams in a white wine/butter/lemon sauce with a few capers
