I made a batch of shrimp fried rice using fish sauce,soy sauce, sambal oelak for a sauce. Minced ginger, garlic, celery and onions. That turned out good.
Grilled about 1/3 lb of shrimp seasoned with olive oil, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika and celery seed. Excellent!!
Since we're going to hit 104° tomorrow, I'll grill more shrimp tomorrow. It only takes 3-4 minutes on the grill so I won't have to spend much time outside. There's enough fried rice left over to make 5 meals, so no real cooking time necessary.
