I made this tonight and it was great!    
Normally I wouldn't buy lamb because of cost but my local store had some "use or freeze by yesterday" on sale for 3.85/lb.

The only lamb I've had were the hot dogs in Iceland. Didn't care much for them. That was in 1981 so my taste buds may have changed since then.
