[FPC News] Eighth Circuit Maintains FPC Win Against Minnesota’s Age-Based Carry Ban

ST. LOUIS (August 22, 2024) – Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced that the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals has denied Minnesota’s petition for en banc (full court) review in Worth v.
