Good evening. 34° and the end of regular deer season. My tags will go unfilled, but my son and daughter-in-law both harvested a decent buck.

Good Christmas Eve morning y'all! I'll be cooking our Christmas dinner tomorrow. Gonna have BBQ beef ribs, corn on the cob, Kings Hawaiian rolls, my Mama's macaroni pie and chocolate cream pie for dessert. The cats are having canned chicken with gravy made for cats and squeeze up treats for dessert.

I need to send my wife out on an errand today so I can get her presents wrapped.

It's 28 degrees at my house. Right now the space heaters have the inside temp at about 67.

We had 22 this morning on the way to 42. Snow Thursday/Friday, maybe ice too. Stocking up on hot chocolate mix! Only used about a rick of wood so far, got another cord on the porch for this winter. This keeps the whole house toasty warm regardless of outdoor temp.
