What the heck?!? If those statutes are Unconstitutional why would they be enforced ever?!? That decision didn’t CHANGE the Constitution! At most it seems to require the enforcing agency not to enforce anything not actually a law! Right?
EVERY unconstitutional law should be in peril. Mortal peril. They should be stricken from the books TODAY!
