You did it now! Just your mention of egg drop soup triggered a strong craving. There's very little that's as fast and easy to make as egg drop soup. The local grocery store has chicken breasts on sale so I'm simmering 1/2 breast that I'll shred and add some of it to the soup for extra substance. Without adding chicken meat it only takes maybe 20 minutes to make a pot.
