Have you ever owned a magic rifle?

Remington 788 in 223. Started life as a 222 and was rechambered. I got that rifle around the age of 13 and it was a absolute tack driver. Had ome cheap china scope on it, think it was a leepers, but man did that rifle shoot. I wore the throat out on it and rather then rebarrel it, i sold it and have kicked my ass ever since. Ive had a couple other since, but none of them a good as that one.

Another magic rifle is B00, my dads old Marlin 45/70. No mater what the circumstnces, that gun springs into action in a heart beat and does not miss, and just feels like its part of you when you pick it up.
