"Person of Interest" Arrested in NY Insurance Case

One of Luigi Mangione’s friends just posted this on Instagram.
“He’s not a monster”, he said.

“They have this story all upside down.”

What does he know that would compel him to say that?

Maybe he means Luigi is a good guy fighting against the insurance industry?
