Jimmy Carter has died. He got to fulfil his dying wish of voting for kamala harris but didn't stick around to see Trump inaugurated.

On the plus side, he went out after joe biden elevated him from worst POTUS ever to second worst POTUS ever.

I think you left Obama out of that mix, making Carter the THIRD worst president ever.
