There are a lot of holse in the theory they are putting forth. I mean, if fireworks and propane is the best the Green Berets can come up with, then they just aren't trained very well these days. If he wanted to take the building down there are far better ways to do it. He didn't even break the glass 20 feet away. A couple hundred pounds of tannerite in the back of the Tesla would have been far more effective.

If the guy was a whack job, his unit failed to weed him out and get him help. That is a huge problem.
