I've talked with the listing agent and she tells me there is definitely a difference between the government answer and the real world, so the foundation probably wouldn't be a concern. As far as the radio tower is concerned, Bill (the guy who organized the tower party) says it wouldn't look bad if I moved and asked the guys to take it down.
